Watch Party Hosts & Hostesses Needed!
Our Zoom Watch Party has been a great way to worship together while we remain apart. Sis. Nicole Crawford’s availability to host will end after Sunday, August 29th. Others are needed to fulfill this critical, but relatively easy role. Could that be YOU? Are you comfortable with Zoom? Are you willing to serve? Interested but unsure you know what to do? No worries! Training is available. Simply send an email to Rev. Marvin Crawford with the words “Zoom Host and your name”.
An Opportunity to Serve as Jesus Demonstrated
Greater Providence has a longstanding partnership with Willow Ridge Nursing Home located at 2040 Milton Road, next door to our campus. Many of the residents have had no personal visits or calls since the pandemic began. Most facilities restrict face-to-face visits for the residents’ safety. Many, including Willow Ridge permit visits where guests can greet, sing, wave or chat through windows. The human connection is vital to the well-being of many who are isolated because of the virus. Will you consider being a volunteer buddy for residents at Willow Ridge. If so, just call 866-567-1335; identify yourself as a Greater Providence member interested in volunteering to connect with residents.

CCSC’s overarching program goal is for graduates to move from dependency to self-sufficiency through stable employment.
